B103 - Hermeneutics I

Hermeneutics is the science of interpretation and explanation that defines the laws whereby the meaning of the Scriptures is to be ascertained. This course will allow the student to exegete, or draw meaning from the Scriptures, rather than to impose meaning into them. The purpose of this course is to instruct how to use the typological and symbolical principles and guidelines of biblical interpretation.

Prerequisites: TH 203
